I, Chua Kim Ting, love to meet people and am passionate to encourage the younger generation to continue pursuing their higher education. I started my career in marketing, doing sales and services (MSS) in the banking industry for about 7 years. Then, I made a wise decision to pursue a career in education MSS till today. I enjoy being involved in all levels of strategic planning and implementation of each step; from the beginning of the registration of a college to university and public listing. I believe success is due to teamwork and support of the people in the company and satisfied repeating customers. I care for my colleagues and my boss. They are all my dear friends and I do respect and am happy to work with them. Sometimes I do make mistakes and they help me to correct it. Life is a beautiful journey and as no one is perfect, we must keep learning and motivate each other to be better each day.

Now, I am a MSS staff in Vision College leading a dynamic MSS team to recruit students for health sciences, business and foundation programs. We do all kinds of marketing that includes traditional, interesting, hi-tech etc. The bottom line is only our results will be assessed. My whole team is evaluated based on by the number of students enrolled into college till graduation and being employed. This is a very interesting, challenging, full of pressure job as we must be ever ready, self motivated and convincing. This job can be highly rewarding and it is a result-oriented career. p.s. I know work is a big chunk or 80% of my life. I do spend 20% of my free time with my family, parents and hike into deep forests looking for flora, fauna and stunning waterfalls.
